• Keep in mind that NABARD will accept the applications from Indian citizens only ON-LINE mode through Banks website. Don't try to submit applications other than online mode. Otherwise your application will not be accepted by the NABARD bank.

• It has been decided to introduce a new scheme of selection for recruitment in NABARD of Officers in Grade ‘A’ and Grade ‘B’ from this process. 

• Candidates will be required to write all the papers online. The Preliminary online Examination will be common for both Assistant Manager (RDBS) in Grade ‘A’ and Manager (RDBS) in Grade ‘B’.

The Preliminary Examination is only qualifying in nature and is meant to serve as a screening test. Candidates who qualify and rank sufficiently high as decided by NABARD, shall be called for appearing in the Main Examination.

• The final selection and ranking of the applicants for the post of Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’) in RDBS and Manager in Grade ‘B’ (RDBS) in NABARD Bank will be based on their performance in the Phase-II Main Examination and interview, taken together.  

• Date of online preliminary Examination (Phase I) is - 08 May 2016.

• Date of Online Main (Phase - II) Examination is - 05 June 2016.

• These dates are likely to be fixed as mentioned by NABARD.

Preparation Guide and Syllabus for RRB Online Examination

Educational Qualifications for Asst. Manager in Grade 'A' (RDBS) :

• For NABARD Recruitment, a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline like, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Information Technology etc. with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years

OR

• Master’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Information Technology etc. with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years is required to apply for NABARD Exam.

OR

• A Doctorate Degree in needed to apply for the posts in NABARD.

OR

• With a Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor's Degree you can apply for NABARD Recruitments.

 Age  limit For Asst. Manager in NABARD Grade 'A'(as on 31 January 2016): 

For freshers, candidates born not earlier than 01.02.1986 and not later than 31.01.1995 are eligible to apply. 

The relaxations in the upper age limit will be provided to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/ExServicemen/other eligible candidates as per GoI instructions. 

For candidates having full time experience as an officer in Commercial / Cooperative / Regional Rural Banks/ FIIs/Corporates /Non Banking Finance Companies as also prior experience in NABARD, upper age limit is relaxed to the extent of number of completed years as on 31.01.2016 of such experience subject to a maximum of three years (experience in fraction will not be considered eg. candidate having experience of 1 year 1 month / 1 year 11 months will be considered as 1 year only) 

Age limit For Manager in NABARD Grade ‘B’: 

Candidates born not earlier than 01.02.1981 and not later than 31.01.1991 are eligible to for this post.

 RELAXATION IN UPPER AGE LIMIT for NABARD Recruitment:

1. 03 years in case of eligible OBC applicants

2. a maximum of 05 years in case of :

 (i) Applicants belonging to SC/ST,

 (ii) Ex-servicemen (including Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers) provided that the applicants have rendered at least five years continuous Military Service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or on account of physical disability or have been released on account of physical disability attributable to Military Service or on invalidment.

  (iii) Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers who have completed their initial period of assignment of five years of Military Service but whose assignment has been extended beyond five years and in whose case, on selection, the Ministry of Defence issues certificates that they would be released within 03 months from the date of receipt of offer of appointment.

  (iv) Applicants who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01st January, 1980 to 31st December, 1989.

3. 10 years for PWD (UR); 13 years for PWD (OBC) and 15 years for PWD (SC/ST) applicants.

NOTE: NO CUMULATIVE AGE RELAXATION WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ANY APPLICANT.
