What is the function of IBPS :
IBPS makes arrangements for conducting online preliminary examinations, for the participating banks.
They declare the result of the online preliminary examination. Then inform the shortlisted candidates about the online main examination.

1. IBPS Recruitment 2022 for PO/MT-VI :
This year IBPS has published a notification to conduct the recruitment for almost 10,000 posts in various banks as described below.You should register your name online through www.ibps.in for the upcoming IBPS Exam 2022 to get a job as Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre. Follow the steps to apply for IBPS recruitment for these posts.
Online registration opens for IBPS PO/MT-VI from 26.07.2022 to 13.08.2022.
If you are willing to join any of the participating banks read the eligibility criteria first. This eligibility list includes Nationality, Age limit Educational Qualification, etc.
2. Process of IBPS Common Recruitment :
Common Recruitment Process for recruitment of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts includes -- CWE (Online Preliminary & Main Examination)
- Common Interview and
- Provisional allotment.
3. IBPS CWE 2022 for PO/MT-VI :
As a part of IBPS CWE for PO and MT-VI recruitment 2022, the online examination for the Common Recruitment Process is tentatively scheduled for October / November 2022.
The online examination for bank jobs will be held in two phases. These phases are preliminary and main.
Both the preliminary and main exams will be in online mode. You will be provided a computer set instead of OMR sheets.

You must qualify in the online preliminary and Main examinations. For the main exam, you must be shortlisted in the prelim exam.
To do the best in the IBPS CWE, follow the official syllabus both for the preliminary and main exams.
4. Common Interview :
The next part of the recruitment process after the computer-based test is a common interview.
If you qualify in the main exam, IBPS will subsequently call you for a Common Interview.
The participating organizations will conduct the Interviews. Nodal Bank in each State/ UT will coordinate these interviews.
5. Provisional allotment :
Shortlisted candidates will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations.Vacancies during the financial year 2021-22 to be filled in based on the requirements of the participating organizations.
The validity for CWE PO/MT-VI will automatically expire at the close of business on 31.03.2023 with or without giving any notice.
Indicative category wise vacancies of each of the Participating Organizations are given vide Annexure I of the advertisement.
