Educational Qualification :

You can apply for a Bank exam in 2016 if you are possessing a minimum qualification of education as mentioned by the banks.

Generally minimum educational qualification required for bank PO exam and bank clerks exams is Degree or Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or an equivalent qualification recognised Government. 

The candidate who wish to appear for the examination of Specialist Officer must possess a relevant degree certificate in the respective field she or he wish to apply along with Post graduation.

Citizenship:

An Indian citizen can apply for bank exams 2016 in India. Along with Citizen of India, a Subject of Nepal or Subject of Bhutan or Tibetan Refugee who came over to India with intention of permanently settling in India before 1st January 1962 can apply for these exams.

Age Limit :

Most of the banks has fixed age limit for Clerks between 20 years to 28 years, for PO in between 20 year to 30 years and for Specialist office range must be between 20 years to 30 years.
